Got in a bench clearing brawl bc a kid hit me from behind (before I even touched the ball) going for an absolute Hail Mary pass with just a few seconds left… I def would have scored too, I already had 3 goals already that game since it was a jv game and I played both freshman year. Anyways when i got back up I called the kid a hick and swung on him and then both teams cleared the benches and went at it 😅. Looking back I was talking hella shit all game because I had a goal in the varsity game beforehand too. They definitely got the last laugh. I got suspended for 3 days starting the fight but my coach still let me play on game day and parents were kinda pist ngl 😅. Loved that coach I was always getting in trouble and coach would always stand up for me..

i would say athletically midfielder is the toughest position to play. But otherwise, it's really easy to be a "good" midfielder as long as your conditioned. you can't necessarily say the same for defense and attack

Mike Powell is my GOAT, and Rabil did more for the sport than anybody else. You could argue that Lyle Thompson is the GOAT given his stats, and also that he was not surrounded by the deepest bench of top talent, whereas some of the others mentioned here were. When Mikey won his last title (I believe it was), he only had 1 goal and 5 assists which for him was a bad game, but he said (paraphrased) "I didn't have the best game, but I'm lucky to be on the best team in the country." U Albany wasn't a perennial tournament team and didn't have the recruiting/draw of other schools for top players in the country. So, while Mikey is my GOAT given my age, I think Lyle could be.

Goalies lose their sticks all the time in hockey. It’s usually no problem unless they shoot between the goalies legs. I play LAX and I have NEVER seen this before. It’s absolutely hilarious seeing it in LAX 😂😂😂
